Softbank hikari (光)
SoftBank Hikari is a group company of the cell phone company SoftBank.
If you use a company called Yahoo BB as your contact point, you can get foreign language support.

Docomo hikari (optical) and docomo net are group companies of the cell phone company docomo.
It is the largest fiber-optic line company of a cell phone company in Japan, and has a high level of support.
